Heather L. Spurrier
Heather Spurrier graduated from Washington College in 2000 with a B.A. in English. As a student she was a member of the Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority and played softball. Upon graduation, Ms. Spurrier earned a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law. Ms. Spurrier currently works in UM Law's Institutional Advancement Office as Associate Director of Development. Prior to joining the advancement staff at UM Law, she was the Associate Director of Development for Major and Planned Gifts at Washington College. During her years in private practice, Ms. Spurrier was an attorney at a law firm based in Rockville, Maryland. Her practice focused on commercial litigation and estate planning and administration. Currently, Ms. Spurrier is an advisor to the Sigma Tau Chapter of AOII on Washington College's campus, is Co-Chair of the WC Baltimore Alumni Chapter, and is a member of the Reunion Committee.
